Environmental Career Specialist

As a Graduate Environmental Scientist, you will be part of our dynamic Environment & Geosciences team.
Key responsibilities include participating in projects involving investigation and remediation of contaminated land, waste management, resource recovery, assessment and management of acid sulfate soils, water and wastewater monitoring, and hydrogeology. This may involve attending sites to collect soil, groundwater, surface water, and gas samples, supervising contractors as needed.
You will also assist in analyzing laboratory data and preparing technical reports. Your role will be to develop practical and commercial solutions to meet client requirements. You will engage in work-related training and self-development for career growth, collaborating with project staff and working within a team of technical specialists.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Science, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a related field. A passion for learning and problem-solving is essential, along with eligibility to work in Australia and relevant experience. A valid driver's license is also required.
Key personal attributes include an interest in contaminated land or environmental fields, ability to work in teams, and collaboration skills.
