As a key member of our Impact Assessment & Permitting (IAP) team, you will contribute to high-profile projects, working closely with industry specialists to deliver top-notch environmental impact assessments and approvals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams on complex environmental approval projects
  • Supporting Project Managers to deliver projects within allocated timelines and regulatory frameworks
  • Representing AECOM in client meetings and building positive connections across the industry
  • Mentoring early career professionals to create an engaged and capable team

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field, with 5+ years experience in environmental impact assessments and planning approvals
  • Demonstrated experience on complex projects, strong project coordination skills and commercial awareness
  • Sound understanding of Victorian environmental approvals processes and knowledge of Commonwealth legislation
  • Clear communication and technical skills, with a client-focused mindset and ability to build lasting relationships
  • Collaborative team player with emotional intelligence and ability to support others
