Store Manager Role

The Store Manager at Chapel Street will oversee the successful and efficient operation of the store. This full-time role requires availability to work a set roster Sunday - Thursday.

Main responsibilities include fostering a customer-centric culture through sales, service and compliance initiatives, inspiring and leading a team to achieve set KPIs and sales targets, and collaborating with the Regional Manager to ensure the store runs effectively.

We are looking for a manager with previous retail or customer service experience, who can lead, motivate and drive sales and service excellence through exceptional store management. You should have demonstrated experience working towards targets and KPI's and cultivating a high-performance culture, along with a genuine passion for our products and values.
