The Role

The Marketing Executive Hospitality position plays a key role in the execution of the annual integrated marketing plan and manages the execution across the Hospitality Business Unit at the property level. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for providing joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's growth strategy and business objectives.
  • Work closely with the line manager to develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions that drive revenue and customer engagement.
  • Refine and optimize marketing concepts, offers, and events to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Brand marketing experience in high-end hospitality, beverage, entertainment, or retail.
  • Experience supporting or managing integrated campaigns.
