Our Opportunity

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and delivering the strategic marketing direction for Mirvac. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and preparing marketing briefs and presentations.
  • Creating project promotion materials, press releases, online content, and other project marketing deliverables.
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and driving of strategies, objectives, policies, and initiatives.
  • Managing launch programs and campaign deadlines.
  • Conducting market research and reporting on market trends, competitors, customers, and campaign performance.
  • Managing marketing budgets, PCG reports, expense claims, invoicing, and chairing meetings as required.
  • Facilitating competitor and customer research, analysis, reporting, presentations, and workshops.
  • Coordinating and attending project launches and events.
  • Liaising with media, agencies, market research firms, PR companies, and suppliers.

Your Point of Difference

You will have at least 5 years' experience in digital marketing, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications. Your skills should include:

  • Solid marketing industry experience, including experience in digital and print media.
  • Property sector experience.
  • Good Microsoft Suite skills.
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign and Photoshop).
  • CRM, CMS, EDM systems skills.
  • Social media platforms.
  • A good understanding of Google Analytics.
