We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team at Auto & General. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert support and advice to internal stakeholders on a case-by-case and issue-oriented basis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide thorough and impartial dispute resolution services to internal stakeholders.
- Manage investigations and responses to customer disputes received from the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
- Ensure all communication meets code compliance and regulatory timeframes.
- Working knowledge of relevant GICOP & RG271 legislative requirements.
- Experience in dispute resolution, either insurance or finance.
- Minimum of three years in a dispute resolution role is highly regarded.
