Main Responsibilities:- Lead planning and delivery of a portfolio of village unit refurbishment projects.
- Take commercial oversight of unit turnovers, ensuring effective management of spend and cash margins.
- Implement improvements to systems and processes that streamline the V2O turnover process.
- Utilise expertise in insurance assessments to drive efficiency and cost-effective solutions.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to development and village renewal projects success
- Drive collaboration and influence stakeholders to achieve project milestones
- Refurbishment Expertise: Proven ability to oversee renovations, refurbishments, or new construction projects.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated experience managing budgets and achieving cost-effective outcomes.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Skilled at engaging and influencing teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Multitasking & Organisation: Adept at managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Relevant Qualifications: Ideally in project management, construction, property/asset management, or a related field.
