Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Officer to join our team at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing delinquent loans, credit cards, and business and savings accounts.
Your primary responsibility will be to work with customers experiencing financial difficulty, providing effective and proactive solutions to assist them in managing their obligations and protecting the Bank's security position.
While this role can be challenging, we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will work in a friendly and outcome-driven team, further developing your customer interaction skills and contributing to the Bank's mission of making better, bigger.
We have multiple Customer Support Officer opportunities available, based either at our Adelaide or Bendigo Corporate Office. We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement, with the option to work from home or in the office.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a caring and empathetic nature. You will also need to be able to work with targets and key performance indicators, and have a positive can-do attitude with good problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
