About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
