Key Job Responsibilities

This role involves leading the development and execution of email and direct mail marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention and operational efficiency.

  • Defining, implementing and continuously improving lifecycle marketing programs tailored to key audience segments.
  • Developing and executing email and direct mail campaigns, newsletters and automated flows.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in lifecycle or 1:1 marketing.
  • Experience in developing and evolving lifecycle communications strategies.
  • An analytical and creative mindset with a proven ability to track performance, manage complex projects and deliver results in risk-aware settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
