Pricing and Change Analyst

This is a flexible position within the Product & Technology team, involving working on a project-by-project basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, integrity, and seamless customer experience by managing updates to pricing, plans, and compliance-related data.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and verifying retailer change requests for accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaising with energy retailers and internal teams to coordinate updates.
  • Managing the end-to-end process of ingesting, validating, and publishing energy pricing and offers.
  • Conducting testing and quality assurance across environments before implementation.
  • Obtaining retailer sign-off and ensuring changes meet regulatory standards.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Requirements:
  • Experience in pricing, change management, QA, or data management, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data accurately.
  • Familiarity with the Australian energy market or other regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence in communicating across technical and non-technical teams.
  • A self-motivated individual able to work autonomously and deliver results.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, CRM systems, or testing environments is a plus.
