We are seeking a talented IT support technician to provide on-site technical assistance to residents and businesses across the Gold Coast and Brisbane regions.

As an ideal candidate, you will have a passion for technology and be able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues with laptops, phones, printers, Wi-Fi routers, and other devices.

You should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Additionally, you will need to have your own vehicle, current driver's license, and necessary tools and equipment to perform your duties.

The role offers flexible working arrangements, allowing you to choose your hours and days, making it suitable for those looking for a convenient way to manage their work-life balance.

**Job Requirements:**

  • A history of providing on-site tech support in a home or office environment OR someone who is currently studying the field of technology (no degree required)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to explain technical issues without jargon
  • Your own vehicle and current drivers license
  • Your own toolkit, troubleshooting equipment and parts inventory
