In the role of Business Banking Manager, Brisbane South and Gold Coast, you will join a high-performing team of Business Bankers who are driving real impact for customers—focused, empowered, and committed to keeping things simple. Responsibilities- Educate customers about their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
- Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
- Identify new referral opportunities.
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
- Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.
- Manage day-to-day compliance requirements.
- A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long-lasting relationships.
- A genuine passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB's values and behaviours.
- Experience in lending and the ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
