We are currently seeking a highly skilled HSEQ professional to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a multi-site role covering the Gold Coast and Southern Brisbane, where you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with company systems, client requirements, and statutory obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of health safety and environmental management systems across multiple projects.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Assist with incident investigations and reporting, identifying root causes and recommending improvements.
- Deliver health safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training to promote awareness and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting in line with ISO and legislative standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify hazards, implement controls, and drive a proactive safety-first culture.
- Provide support during external and internal audits.
- Minimum Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (Diploma desirable).
- Previous experience in an HSEQ role within civil construction, infrastructure, or mining.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, environmental management practices, and quality systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong report writing, investigation, and analytical skills.
- Current driver's licence and White Card.
