Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Experienced Support Worker to join our organisation. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred support in a caring, community-based setting.

About the Role

Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making a measurable positive impact on their lives.

  • Support adults with profound physical and learning needs, including management of medication and other clinical tasks (e.g., peg, catheter and stoma as trained)
  • Assist with daily living activities and support plans, promoting safety, dignity and independence
  • Work across shifts (including mornings, afternoons and nights) with some long days and sleep-in shifts as required

  • Patience, empathy, compassion and sensitivity to others
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, honesty and resilience
  • Willingness to work in line with our values; previous professional care experience is not mandatory
