About the Role

The Organisational Development (OD) Partner will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of contemporary organisational development interventions and initiatives.

You will deliver a portfolio of organisational development programs across the entire talent management cycle and contribute significantly to the culture, capability and learning strategy.

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement appropriate organisational development projects to embed a One approach and build capability for the future;
  • In partnership with the Organisational Development Manager design and develop leadership, learning and development programmes;
  • Facilitate face-to-face and online learning sessions with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Motivate, coach and support all employees and external stakeholders to embed organisational development interventions and improve performance;
  • Identify, engage and coordinate partners and functions for OD projects;
  • Coordinate the roll-out of leadership development programmes across the organisation;
  • Provide coaching and OD support to Business Partners through interventions and OD projects;
  • Manage continuing professional development;
  • Discharge safety accountabilities which include eliminating health and safety risks and minimising psychological injury in the workplace; educating and raising awareness of managers' roles in minimising risk of injury or illness in the workplace; supporting and promoting the utilisation of Employee Assistance Programme;
