Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Assistant to Senior Agent in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment. This position presents an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills, a passion for music, and a positive attitude to become a vital member of our team.

About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with the team and broader business to assist in coordinating and managing national tours for acts on the Agent's roster. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing day-to-day booking tasks, acting as a right-hand person to the Agent, and liaising directly with clients and external key industry businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to the Senior Agent.
  • Liaise with venues, artists, managers, promoters, and ticketing agencies to route tours, put tickets on sale, book supports, and finalise settlements.
  • Maintain and distribute current artist assets.
  • Assist with pitching artists for festivals and events.
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries regarding tours and events.
  • Perform additional office tasks as required.
About You
  • You must have strong organisational skills, be able to multi-task, prioritise, and work to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a positive 'can-do' attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good knowledge of contemporary music, Australian music venues, and festivals is also desirable.
