Lonely Lands Agency roster features a deep dive into Australia's music scene, from Boy & Bear to Budjerah, CLEWS, Garret Kato, Dan Sultan, Jack Botts, Ocean Alley, Pierce Brothers, Stand Atlantic, Tones And I, The Terrys, The Grogans, Trophy Eyes, West Thebarton, Ziggy Alberts and, of course, Tash Sultana.

Lonely Lands Agency is looking for a Booking Agent Assistant to join the team on a full time basis.

As a Tour Assistant at Lonely Lands Agency, your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities that contribute to the seamless execution of unforgettable music tours. You will be the vital link between artists, managers, promoters, and venues, ensuring every detail is meticulously attended to.

**What does a day in the life of a Booking Agent Assistant look like at Lonely Lands Agency?**
- Collecting worksheet information for all our Artists
- Ensuring all promoter contracts are issued and signed by clients
- Assisting in promoting and coordinating all tours that are booked.
- Liaising with artists, mangers, venues, promoters for ticket links, tour promotion and executing the tour strategy.
- Handling ticket reporting for clients.
- Supporting with LLA social media channels.
- Backend website management, including updating content.
- Assisting with day to day tasks for agents, clients & artists.
- Overseeing details of each performance and managing artist's performance schedule.
- Assisting with putting venues on hold for tours for our clients.
- Assisting with booking supports for tours.
- A strong passion for live music.
- On the pulse of up and coming new Australian Artists.
- Superb communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and key social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, motivated, and energized by a fast-paced work environment.
- Preferred experience working in live music space in some capacity (not essential)
