Your Role
As a Senior Producer, you'll be responsible for bringing ideas to life from brief through to delivery. You'll work closely with the Growth Director for Campaigns & Content and the Creative Director to assume end-to-end responsibility for the production process, from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management – pre, during & post-production
- Develop, manage and oversee all production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Coordinate pre-pro logistics, including location scouting, talent casting, and equipment rentals
- Coordinate the post-production process, including editing, sound design, and visual effects
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality
Creative & Craft
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, including directors, production houses, and specialist freelancers
- Clearly communicate expectations and highest standards of delivery to the broader project team
- Excellent stakeholder engagement & presentation of ideas
- Be confident and excited by production at all scales, including social & content creation, Digital, ATL, and supporting internal team needs
Risk & QA
- Ensure that effective versioning control is followed across all projects
- Act as a point of contact when communicating changes, coordinating revisions and feedback loops
- Work closely with the traffic coordinator and risk & legal teams to ensure standards of work are upheld at all times

- Ability to manage multiple project pipelines and priorities, keeping stakeholders engaged and on the journey
