  • Providing expert guidance on staffing and industrial matters;
  • Managing disputes, grievances and disciplinary processes;
  • Consulting and negotiating with relevant unions as required.

Working closely with the Director - People and Culture Operations and the Regional People and Culture Manager, you will contribute to achieving our objectives.
