Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Welfare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our regional services division, you will be responsible for providing integrated delivery of family and child support services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective case management plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including community organizations, healthcare providers, and law enforcement agencies, to provide comprehensive support services.
  • Analyze data and research trends to inform policy development and program improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in child welfare or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
