We are seeking a highly skilled Child Welfare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our regional services division, you will be responsible for providing integrated delivery of family and child support services across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective case management plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including community organizations, healthcare providers, and law enforcement agencies, to provide comprehensive support services.
- Analyze data and research trends to inform policy development and program improvement initiatives.
- Masters degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in child welfare or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary range: $81,518 - $103,714 per annum.
- Eligibility for additional allowances and increments based on experience and qualifications.

- Full-time position with a standard 37-hour working week.
