">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our sports bar and grill.
">The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in hospitality management, with exposure to both bar and restaurant environments.
">You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments, including kitchen, functions, food and beverage, maintenance, and customer relations.

- Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the entire staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.">
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments.">
- Customer Relations: Monitor online reviews and feedback platforms to assess guest sentiment and take appropriate actions to enhance the establishment's reputation.">
- Financial Management: Review and approve financial transactions, such as invoices, payroll, and purchasing orders.">
- Staff Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.">
Requirements & Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a sports bar or restaurant environment.">
- Experience in controlling the financial aspects of a business.">
- Ability to lead, train, and develop a team.">
- RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certification essential.">
- A first aid certificate is preferred but not essential.">
- Approved Managers Certificate preferred but not essential.">
