Job Title: Senior Centre Operations Leader

About the Role

This leadership role involves overseeing and supporting a portfolio of early learning centres to ensure exceptional educational programs, operational excellence, and a nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. The ideal candidate will collaborate with centre directors to develop and implement effective strategies that drive success.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintaining positive relationships and effective communication with centre directors to foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Developing and implementing centre programs, systems, and operational processes to achieve high-quality outcomes and efficient operations.
  • Ensuring centres operate within policies, procedures, licensing requirements, legislation, and regulations to maintain compliance and integrity.
  • Managing and guiding staff in their professional development, individual goals, and performance to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Carrying out regular centre audits to ensure a safe and conducive environment for children, families, staff, and visitors.
  • Supporting nominated supervisors in achieving maximum occupancy through strategic planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or ACECQA-assessed equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years teaching experience with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Multi-site management experience (8+).
  • Full driver's license.
  • National Police Check (within 6 months).
