Job Title: Operational Manager

About the Opportunity:

A key role has become available for an experienced Sales & Customer Service focussed leader to oversee all aspects of centre operations.

This position will be responsible for leading and coaching a team, driving sales growth, and executing operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall operational control and performance of the centre.
  • Maintain sales and revenue targets.
  • Merchandising and inventory management.
  • Linen inventory management.
  • Complete daily and weekly reports for senior management.
  • Administration and diary management.
  • Conduct water chemistry tests and treat effectively.
  • Respond to customer feedback and enquiries promptly.
  • Ensure facilities and services are safe and operational.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for the centre.
  • Maintain high standards of dress and presentation among staff.
  • Exceed customer service expectations daily.
  • Conduct weekly stocktakes.
  • Ensure facilities remain clean and well-presented at all times.
  • Clean and dry Float Rooms between clients.
  • Clean and prep infrared Sauna Rooms for the next client.
  • Process health fund receipts.
  • Ensure clinical documentation compliance for massage therapists.
  • Recruit and induct new staff members.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Manage massage therapists.
  • Ensure brand compliance.
  • Communicate with suppliers.
