Job Title: Data Centre Operations Leader

This is a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth within the company's expanding data centre portfolio.

  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy for data centre operations, aligning with business expansion goals.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including data centre managers, engineers, and operational support staff across multiple locations.
  • Drive capacity planning, expansion projects, and infrastructure upgrades to meet evolving market demands.

Sustainability & Innovation:

  • Lead sustainability initiatives, promoting green data centre practices and driving carbon footprint reduction.
  • Advocate for the adoption of next-generation cooling and power solutions, enhancing efficiency and reducing operational costs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in large-scale data centre operations, with proven leadership in managing mission-critical environments.

The successful candidate will take accountability for the entire data centre operations, working closely with a global company that has an industry-leading reputation. The job involves dictating the success of the client's entry into the hyperscale, owner/operate data centre model.
