Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to oversee the design process in commercial and industrial projects. This is an exciting opportunity for growth.

About the Role:

  • The Design Manager will be responsible for managing the design process, collaborating with stakeholders to define project goals and constraints, and ensuring timely and accurate design deliverables.
  • This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of success in commercial and industrial projects.
  • The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, and a strong knowledge of design principles, building systems, and codes.
  • In addition, proficiency in design software and tools is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design process from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Ensure that all design deliverables meet quality and timeliness standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee design documentation and quality control processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Design Manager in commercial and industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building systems, and codes.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
