Overview

Join this thriving Melbourne design agency in this Senior brand & packaging design role working with Aussie icons in the consumer goods space.

Bring your strong craft, typography, and conceptual ideation skills to this solid and growing agency where you will be working on a diverse range of projects in the food, beauty, lifestyle, and FMCG sectors.

You'll be working within a supportive team alongside the Design Directors and Creative Directors where you will have the opportunity to own projects that are world class. You understand the financial requirements of each project and manage the creative delivery with intellect, strategic thinking, and effectiveness to problem solving and take pride in mentoring and motivating more junior members of the team.

Your folio will demonstrate your incredible eye for typography and design and a high standard of execution. Examples of strong ideas that translate well on packaging will be an asset for this role.

With a minimum of 6 years' experience gained in reputable design studios, you are a multifaceted designer and are truly creative in everything you do. You naturally inspire those around you, think out of the box, love to be challenged, enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are a confident and articulate presenter of your ideas, approach and rationale.

You will be joining a diverse and professional team who are passionate, world-class and value a great can-do attitude.
