Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team at Ovolo The Valley in Brisbane. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service, leading by example, and driving revenue growth through effective team training and upselling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services
    • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

  • Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

    • Ensure that all Front Office operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Assistant Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and driving revenue growth.
