As a Key Talent Acquisition Partner with our organisation, you will be an integral member of the Recruitment Team responsible for managing a portfolio of complex vacancies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and support with the onboarding process of new employees. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with line managers to identify talent acquisition requirements
  • Conducting thorough reference checks and background investigations
  • Providing assistance with the onboarding of new hires
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment marketing strategies via social media platforms
  • Streamlining the internal recruitment process to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Contributing to ad-hoc recruitment projects as required.
