Senior Transport Infrastructure Business Case Developer

The role of Transport Infrastructure Development Specialist is pivotal in leading the formulation and execution of comprehensive business cases for major transport infrastructure projects. The specialist will work closely with senior management to ensure that proposed projects align with the department's strategic plans, goals, and key performance indicators.
- Develop and lead the formulation of business cases for transport infrastructure projects;
- Conduct rigorous financial analysis, cost-benefit assessments, risk evaluations, and stakeholder engagement to inform investment decisions;
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, industry experts, and community representatives;
- Provide expert guidance on business case methodologies, economic appraisal, and financial modeling;
- Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure alignment with departmental strategic plans and goals;
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to established standards and guidelines.
This position requires a strong understanding of business case development, economic appraisal, and financial modeling. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
