Job Description

In this part-time role (30 hours per fortnight), you will:

  • Maintain high standards of store and stockroom cleanliness.
  • Clean and organise the stockroom as needed.
  • Adhere to all relevant stockroom procedures.
  • Process, ticket, and restock merchandise efficiently.
  • Pack and log merchandise for customer deliveries as required.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management while complying with company policies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in retail stock, warehouse, or back-of-house roles.
  • A genuine passion for homewares and/or food.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • The capacity to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • Ability to move around the store and stockroom areas, including standing for extended periods.
  • Climbing ladders and using equipment safely.
  • Lifting and mobilising medium to large items (up to 30 kg) with proper techniques and safety measures.
