Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Retail Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products.

About the Role: In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work closely with builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in choosing bathroom products
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Use 3D Planner software to bring customers' visions to life
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain strong relationships
  • Maintain a safe and organized showroom environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
  • Energetic and proactive individual who enjoys building relationships and helping customers
  • Comfortable using computer systems and willing to learn new technologies
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Strong desire to develop career skills and progress within the company
