Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Service Lead to join our team at the Tiffany Service Center in Melbourne. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our service center, ensuring exceptional client service, repair, and alteration services for Tiffany's merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of administrative and technical employees providing internal client service, repair, and alteration services of Tiffany's merchandise.
  • Day-to-day operations of the service centre focusing on staff oversight and workflow efficiency.
  • Contribution to the administrative team, providing ongoing support, guidance, and development opportunities.
  • Maintenance of work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Support of small and large-scale projects aligning with business strategy and growth, actively championing retail initiatives to promote and elevate the business.
  • Collaboration with third-party vendors and management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in logistics or supporting operations in the retail sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong working verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
  • Team player, with the ability to interact effectively with management.
  • Self-motivation with a strong drive for achievement.
  • An undergraduate degree, or graduate Gemologist degree, will be highly regarded.
