Job Title: Engineering Manager

Engineering managers play a pivotal role in driving technological advancements and innovation within an organization. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of complex engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as electrical or mechanical engineering is required, along with a minimum of 9 years of post-graduate experience. Experience working in the defence industry is highly desirable.

You will be responsible for leading aspects of the engineering program, including development, technical reviews, integration, and verification. Coordinating with external parties, including subcontractors, is also a key aspect of this role.

  • Manage large-scale engineering projects with minimal oversight.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively both within and outside the organization.
  • Makes significant improvements in processes, systems, or products.
