Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering complex transformations. The ERP Program is a high-profile initiative that requires a structured approach to ensure its successful delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide governance and oversight to the program director, ensuring it stays on track and meets its milestones.
  • Track and manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
  • Own the governance process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Manage forecasts and vendor payments with precision.
  • Connect technical and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement, refining our planning, reporting, and delivery processes as the program evolves.
Requirements:
  • 6-8+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or delivery support, preferably in large-scale ERP/SAP or IT transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile) and governance best practices.
  • Experience managing project schedules, reporting, risks, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, PlanView, JIRA, and MS Office.
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a detail-focused approach in fast-paced environments.
