About the Role

Mirvac is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our asset portfolio and ensuring alignment with our Group Vision and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing portfolio team to deliver sustainable and profitable performance of the assets within the portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive value creation and optimize profitability, working closely with the investment fund teams.
  • Manage lease negotiations, evaluate potential development, acquisition, and disposal opportunities, and lead the internal and external valuation process.
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities to the portfolio management team, promoting a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Drive strong engagement with key stakeholders, both internal and external, and cultivate a customer-centric culture.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the property industry, with a focus on development and asset management.
  • Proven track record of achieving results through influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the office sector and retail property experience.
  • Project management and risk management expertise.
  • Relevant tertiary-level qualifications in a property-related field.
