We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work in the community. We'll be working primarily with NDIS participants and Home Care Package clients, helping them achieve greater independence and improved quality of life through evidence-based interventions delivered in-home and in community settings.

  • Conduct client-centered assessments and deliver interventions at home and in the community
  • Support daily living skills, independence, and prescribe assistive equipment or home modifications
  • Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, support coordinators, families, and other allied health professionals
  • Complete clear, timely documentation for clinical progress and funding requirements
  • Participate in case discussions and contribute to a supportive team culture

Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • At least 1 year of experience (new grads with strong placements welcome)
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Current Police Clearance & Working with Children Check
  • Australian working rights

  • Experience in NDIS, aged care, or community OT
  • Knowledge of assistive technology, home mods, and functional assessments
  • Strong time management, clinical judgment, and communication skills
  • Passion for client-centered, empowering care
