Clinical Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at the Urgent Care Hub. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play an integral role in providing rapid, multidisciplinary assessment and acute care for patients with complex health needs.

This is a rewarding role for nurses passionate about making a tangible difference by helping people receive high-quality care in the community and reducing reliance on hospital services.

  • A Registered or eligible nurse with minimum 3 years' post-registration experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring junior staff, supporting discharge planning for complex patients, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives
