Role OverviewAs a Recoveries Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and executing recovery processes related to insurance claims. You'll work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of recoveries, maintain high standards of customer service, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the recovery of outstanding debts related to insurance claims.
- Communicate effectively with clients to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes.
