Job Title: Rostering Officer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated rostering professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing client and staff rosters using our software system.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is looking to utilize their skills in rostering and scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and maintaining rosters, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage client and staff rosters using our software system
  • Ensure allocated shifts align with individual contracted hours
  • Maintain consistently staffed rosters and manage daily variations
  • Create and manage Master Rosters and coordinate day-to-day rostering requirements
  • Escalate unfilled shifts and service issues within designated time frames
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of rostering and scheduling processes
  • Experienced in supporting staffing and associated HR requirements
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the NDIS
  • Excellent organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed computer literacy
