Your Role: Store Manager at Vinnies Nelson Bay 2315
You will lead a diverse and committed retail team, providing guidance and motivation to ensure continuous high performance. Essential knowledge of retail operations and proven people management skills are crucial for this role.
Your Responsibilities:
- Leading, growing, and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to every customer.
- Embedding excellent operational and visual merchandise standards.
- Meeting and exceeding sales and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for the store.
- Upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement.
- Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community.
- Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in the store.
- Using the company's mission and values to support decision-making and acting as a brand advocate inside and outside the store.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion or high-volume retail.
- Strong leadership potential with good fashion sense.
- A focus on customer experience.
- Proven people management skills or experience in managing people, training, and coaching.
- Ability to track store sales performance and drive the team towards meeting sales targets.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This is a permanent, full-time position located in Nelson Bay 2315.
