Your Role

As a permanent, full-time Store Manager, you will lead the retail operations at Vinnies in Nelson Bay 2315. You will oversee a diverse retail team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, grow, and develop a team of paid employees and volunteers
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to every customer, every time
  • Embed operational and visual merchandise standards
  • Meet and exceed sales and KPI performance targets
  • Champion donor voice by upholding sorting, pricing, and placement standards
  • Build and support volunteer workforce and engage with local community
  • Role-model a 'safety first' culture
  • Apply company's mission and values to inform decision-making

You Will Need

  • Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion or high-volume retail
  • Strong leadership potential with good fashion sense
  • Focus on customer experience
  • Proven people management skills or experience in managing people, training, and coaching
  • Able to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

This role requires a dynamic individual who can drive business results while upholding the highest standards of customer service and employee engagement.
