Job Opportunity: Commercial Landscape Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced site supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional commercial landscape projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of high-quality landscapes across various sites.

Your primary focus will be on managing and motivating site staff and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards. You will also develop and implement effective project plans and timelines, monitor and control budgets, and collaborate with other stakeholders as required.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong background in landscaping supervision, with a Cert III horticulture landscaping or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position is essential, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces and has excellent leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of site staff and subcontractors to deliver high-quality commercial landscape projects
  • Manage and motivate site teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Develop and implement effective project plans and timelines
  • Monitor and control budgets, programs and resources
  • Collaborate with surveyors, procurement teams and other stakeholders as required
Requirements:
  • Cert III horticulture landscaping or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a landscaping supervisor role or relevant experience
  • Proven job delivery history and a sound knowledge of the commercial landscape industry
  • Manual car licence and MR Endorsement (desirable)
  • Bobcat and excavator Tickets (desirable)
