Job Description:

  • Welcome and assist customers at the rental counter, providing excellent customer service skills and creating a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Process rentals, bookings, and contracts efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.
  • Promote our products and services to customers, showcasing their features and benefits.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness, maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to meet company standards, ensuring they are clean and ready for the next customer.

What We're Looking For:

  • A full and valid Australian driver's license, which is essential for this role.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is highly valued, but not essential.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information, with basic IT skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
