Technical Solutions Expert

As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with Fortune 500 companies to conceptualize and implement innovative solutions that integrate our products and data into their workflows and systems.

You will be responsible for delivering technical product presentations and demonstrations, primarily by remote teleconference but occasionally on-site or at industry trade shows. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert-level technical support to customers, including triaging escalated tickets and liaising with our product and engineering teams to drive timely resolutions.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to deliver targeted demonstrations that tie in our products' capabilities to desired customer use cases.
  • Becoming an expert in the delivery of our Engage training program, enabling customers to derive maximum value from our products.
  • Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and data trends, and adapting our solutions accordingly.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and test new features across all products, leveraging current and emerging datasets. You will also contribute to documentation and learning content for both internal teams and external audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, working knowledge or recent experience with scripting languages, modern object-oriented programming languages, databases, and analytical tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customer engineers about product technical capabilities, including API endpoints and integration use cases.
  • Experience in active troubleshooting of complex technical issues, with a focus on delivering timely resolutions.
  • Fast learning ability, with a keen interest in understanding and articulating new technologies and their corresponding value propositions.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
