Expert Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Solutions Specialist to drive sales and growth by providing expert guidance to customers on our inventory planning software. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver in-depth demonstrations of the application, showcasing your extensive knowledge and understanding of supply chain issues and how they can be solved.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver product demonstrations and workshops with partners at customers to craft ideal supply chain solutions integrated to partner ERP systems
  • Contribute input to handover documents from marketing to sales teams and from sales teams to customer success teams
  • Collaborate with other Sales Engineers and sales teams globally to improve and refine sales processes and results
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in successfully selling and supporting implementation for our inventory planning software
  • Strong sales skills to support the sales team's efforts in growing the customer base through a solution sell model
  • Able to enable channel partners to sell our software
