Our client provides high-quality customised physical security solutions to enterprise organisations. With over two decades of experience, they have set new standards in auditing, design, installation, service, and maintenance.
The role involves assisting in all aspects of daily administration, accountancy activities, and service coordination.
- Update, maintain, and track purchase orders, invoices, historical statements, and other data entry for the accounts department
- Verify expense reports and prepare payments
- Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports
- Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries
- Maintain invoicing levels in accordance with cost plans
- Ensure compliance with all required ISO standards
- Assist in client scheduling, including taking incoming calls, scheduling technicians, and contractors, and reviewing rosters and timesheets using simPRO
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in the security or building services industry
- Experience in invoicing, compliance, and service coordination
- Strong time management skills and ability to juggle different tasks
- Exceptional communication and computer skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
