About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Psychiatry Specialist to join our team in New South Wales. As a Staff Specialist in Psychiatry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric assessment, treatment, and care planning for patients in a Psychiatric Emergency Care Centre and its associated emergency department(s).
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide person-centred, recovery-oriented, family/carer-inclusive, and trauma-informed care. You will also be responsible for supporting the development of mental health services, facilitating a culture of learning and best practice, and participating in quality improvement and/or research efforts within the service.
About the Location

About the Package
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $186,241 - $251,618 (dependent on experience), expected salary of $262,376 to $354,479 with allowances, and a range of benefits, including flexible work arrangements, allocated days off, training and education opportunities, and career progression.
