Community Case Manager

This role involves providing tenancy advice and case management to residents in a remote Aboriginal community. You will live and work within the community, building strong relationships with residents, community members, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support and guidance to residents on tenancy matters
- Conduct home assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs
- Support clients with property maintenance reporting and rental deductions
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with community members and stakeholders
- Monitor and report on case progress against program KPIs
- Assist clients with daily tasks, including cleaning and gardening if needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role
- Experience in case management is preferred, but not necessary
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work closely with Aboriginal communities
- Ability to manage multiple systems and maintain accurate records
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are crucial
- A current C or C-A class driver's licence is required
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and Apple products is expected
- Willingness to support clients in practical ways, including property cleaning, if needed
