Senior Case Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Team Lead, providing supervision, support, and guidance to our Case Management team.
The successful candidate will have a degree-level qualification in social services, community development, or a related discipline, or extensive demonstrated experience in a similar position. They will also possess excellent time management and organisational skills, experience managing staff and budgets, and a current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
About This Role- Provide supervisory support to Case Management staff
- Contribute to intake, assessment, and case management processes
- Develop and implement professional development plans to enhance capability and service delivery
- Ensure staff understand their roles and expectations
